Join Freeskiing World Tour Champion, Sasha Dingle, and long-time climber and professional counselor, Kate Reynolds for a Live-Online 3-day intensive mPEAK (Mindful Performance Enhancement) course that leverages meditation practice and lessons from the mountains to help you perform at your best in whatever you love to do.

Tuesdays from April 5th to May 24th at 5:30pm–7:30pm MST.

The live-online course includes a Retreat Day on May 14th (9:00am–3:00pm MST).

Facilitated by:

Sasha Dingle, Founder & Director of Mountain Mind Project has competed on the Freeskiing World Tour, Freeride World Tour, and Enduro World Series. She integrates her background in world-class action sports competition with her meditation practice and experience in leadership development for accessible programs to train the mind. Sasha loves the mental game.

Kate Reynolds, LPCC, Guest Trainer is Founder and Director of The Santa Fe Center for Mindfulness. As a meditation teacher, she facilitates programs for students looking to improve all aspects of their health and wellbeing. She has been a licensed psychotherapist for 20 years. Kate loves rock climbing and hanging out in the mountains.
