PERFORMANCE MEETS RENEWAL ON RETREAT.
Join SFCM and Mountain Mind Project for a (virtual) day of Silent Retreat that integrates performance and renewal in a supportive training environment.
Silence provides a unique opportunity to practice with fewer distractions. During the retreat, instructors Sasha Dingle and Kate Reynolds will guide a variety of movement and stillness meditation practices, while you spend a day in silence, away from your typical rhythms of daily life. At the end of the day, you will have an opportunity to reflect on the experience and transition back into conversation with a fellow participant.
The Silent Retreat is designed to support you to continue to deepen your practice, and to renew motivation and momentum. Pre-requisite: participation in mPEAK, MBSR, Family Sangha, Wild Mind Adventure Club, or 1-1 mindfulness coaching.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
This advanced training program is for meditators who have participated in our mPEAK or MBSR course (or equivalent experience). If you are not yet in our client community but believe you have equivalent experience with a mindfulness practice, please contact us.
