Don’t let the vibe of the festival pass you by! Take some time out, turn your attention inward, and savor the joy of the weekend. In this workshop, we will practice mindfulness meditation inspired by lyrics from The Movement. Reggae is undoubtedly a relaxing and fun genre of music that cools the soul and uplifts the spirit. In this session, we will explore several simple mindfulness tools that also help to incline the mind toward joy. Don’t worry this is not a stuffy or strict class, it will be easy and fun, you don’t even have to clear your mind of thoughts. This class is for all levels of experience, especially for those of you who think you are not good at meditating. Take the poetry of The Movement into your mind and go about the festival with even more Rise & Vibes merriment.
