mPEAK (Mindful Performance Enhancement, Awareness & Flow) is a mindfulness course built around peak performance, resilience, focus, and flow. This 8-week Live-Online course will take place on Wednesdays from September 6th to October 25th at 5:30pm–7:30pm MST. The live-online course includes a Retreat Day on Saturday, October 21st (9:00am–3:00pm MST).

OBJECTIVES:

  • Describe the theory and research supporting mPEAK

  • Employ skills to motivate themselves with encouragement rather than self-criticism

  • Apply core mindfulness exercises into daily life

  • Instruct patients, students, or clients in simple mindfulness and mPEAK practices

  • Articulate the central role of mindfulness meditation practice for fostering peak performance in the regulation of emotions and behaviors

  • Communicate the rationale for an ongoing mindfulness meditation practice to derive full benefit from the mPEAK program
